The POSH Act, formally known as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, is a legal framework in India that aims to protect employees from sexual harassment in the workplace. An Internal Complaints Committee is a body that is constituted within an organization to address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment in the workplace.
