National Informatics Centre, Uttar Pradesh received the appreciation from Ms. Beena Meena IAS & Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, for the successful implementation of the E-SETTLE – Smart Solution for Liquor & Bhang Shop across the state, acknowledging the team’s exemplary contribution towards strengthening the state’s digital governance ecosystem. The E-SETTLE Project has been designed, developed, and implemented under the guidance of Shri Ashesh Kumar Agarwal, DDG & SIO and leadership of Shri Shailesh Srivastava, Senior Director (IT) & State HoD, with the active contribution of the NIC team comprising Sri Mahendra, Joint Director (IT), and Sri Kamlesh Singh, Deputy Director (IT).
